Albany, Greathouse & LBCR
Each lodge accommodates 48 people with dorm style sleeping. The lodge has two bunk rooms that sleep 24 people each with a common area for meetings or relaxation. There are separate shower and toilet facilities for each side of the building.
DOC rate is $20.00 per person, per night and non-DOC rate is $22.00 per person, per night. (Minimum of 30 people)
Galilee
One of our most requested lodges, Galilee is ideal for an inclusive stay. With two wings of semi-private rooms, separate men's and women's restrooms and the Chapel in the center, smaller groups can use Galilee for their meetings and sleeping accommodations. Each wing accommodates 24 guests and the Chapel will comfortably seat up to 65 guests.

Galilee Chapel contains one of our signature views. The large window with a beautiful stain-glass cross overlooks Lake Brownwood. Facing east, the Chapel provides scenic sunrises perfect for early morning worship. This room is large enough to be used for wedding ceremonies, as well as other formal gatherings.
DOC rate is $100.00 per day and non-DOC rate is $125.00 per day.
Note: For groups of 30 or more lodging in Galilee, daily rate will be waived. |
Cana and Jordan
Each dorm has four sleeping areas that will hold 10 people with a total capacity of 40. Each sleeping area also has it's own restroom and shower facility. The center common area has two restroom and shower facilities, including handicap access. For smaller group meetings of 20 or less, the common area is an ideal meeting place. Overlooking Lake Brownwood, the porches are the perfect spot for quiet meditation or relaxing in the shade.
DOC rate is $18.00 per person, per night and non-DOC rate is $20.00 per person, per night. (Minimum of 30 people)
Bethany
Our refurbished dorm is specifically designed to accommodate small groups that prefer to cook for themselves. This bare necessities dorm is great for those that will be spending lots of time on the water and enjoy the basics of outdoor living.
Bethany's shared living area is large enough for meals, meetings or relaxing. There are four semi-private sleeping rooms and two separate bunkrooms. Each of the semi-private rooms sleep four people and the bunkrooms sleep ten for a total of 36 people per dorm.
The living area includes a kitchenette with a cooktop, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and basic cooking utensils. Bethany also features a covered porch and outside area for BBQ grills and outside dining.
Guests will need to provide their own linens and paperware.

Assembly Hall
The Assembly Hall is our largest gathering area and can accommodate up to 275 people for worship services, general meeting space or event registration. Conveniently located across from Mac's Dining Hall, the Assembly Hall is central to the retreat. Separate men's and women's restrooms are accessible from inside or outside the hall. A stage, projection screen and audio/visual equipment is available if needed.
DOC rate is $125.00 per day and non-DOC rate is $175.00 per day.

 | Many of our guests hold concerts and dances inside the Assembly Hall. The stage can be easily moved to create the perfect backdrop for your gathering. |
Lakeside
Lakeside is our smaller meeting hall with ample room for worship services or general meeting space. For groups needing break out rooms for small group meetings, Lakeside provides six rooms that will each accommodate 10-12 people. A stage, projection screen and audio equipment is available, if needed.
DOC rate is $75.00 per day and non-DOC rate is $100.00 per day.
Note: Daily rates will be waived for groups of 30 or more with overnight lodging.
Dining Services
Meal service is available in Mac's Dining Hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to each meal, our breakfast bar offers fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal and lunch & dinner offer a wide selection of your salad favorites.
Meals are $6.00 per person, per meal. For groups of 25 or less, the minimum charge is $150.00 per meal.
Note: Kitchen and Dining Hall may only be rented for groups of 150 or more. Contact management for additional information.
