Service projects are a great way for your church or youth group to have a wonderful experience at LBCR.  Each year the retreat is fortunate to host several churches and youth groups who volunteer for service projects.  Some of the service work includes cleaning up the sand volleyball court, planting flowers and trimming, trees around the pool, picking up fallen tree limbs, clearing walkways along the prayer path and cleaning up on construction projects.

It is so wonderful to see the faces after a hard days work and to hear the stories later in the year when they come back and show their friends what they have done.  The camp is blessed to have all the wonderful groups come and put in time and effort making improvements to Lake Brownwood Christian Retreat.
